A loose rose leaves the work to you.

Preserved roses and empty boxes are not hard to find. Turning them into a gift a customer will pay for is the part that costs you time: assembling, packing, photographing, writing the product page, and explaining why this rose is worth more than the one next to it.

What you want on your shelves and in your online shop is a gift that arrives finished, that a customer understands at a glance, and that comes with the images, the words and the terms you need to sell it. And before you commit to a trade quantity, you want two answers: what your margin is, and who pays if a carton arrives damaged.

The standard collection

Every Memento arrives finished: a real rose, preserved at the peak of its bloom, on a velvet base under a clear acrylic lid that keeps it free of dust, a line in gold foil on the front and the Bloomissimo logo on the back. Each one is assembled by hand in the Netherlands, piece by piece.

Shaped by hand: the rose is given extra preserved petals until the shape is just right. Every petal is real and preserved.

Two ways to buy

We sell mainly to wholesalers and resellers, who buy the standard collection to sell on to consumers. Companies, hotels, venues and events can also order an edition of their own, directly from us.

1. For wholesalers and resellers: the standard collection

  • Who it is for. Wholesalers and distributors, online shops, shops and retail chains that sell to consumers.
  • What you buy. The four fixed editions and the hat boxes in the standard collection.
  • Only this collection is sold through resellers. If your customers buy Bloomissimo from you, the standard collection is what they can buy.
  • Minimum. 500 Mementos or 50 hat boxes per order, which you can split across editions and sizes.
  • Sample. Optional for a standard edition: €50 excluding VAT, shipping and import included, credited in full against your order.

2. Custom, direct from Bloomissimo

Your own wording, logo or names on the piece, for companies, hotels, events and venues. Custom editions are made only for customers who order directly from us. They are not available through wholesalers or resellers.

  • Front and back. Your wording, logo or names in gold foil on the front: gold, antique gold, or a foil matched to your house style. On the back, the Bloomissimo logo or, on request, your own.
  • Wording. The 3D atelier previews up to 24 characters. Longer wording, other typefaces and logos we work out with you. Please send your logo as an .svg file.
  • Arabic. Arabic script is possible. Arabic names are checked by a native speaker before production.
  • Rose colour. 39 base colours plus treatments such as metallic, glitter, pearl, satin and galaxy: 91 options in all.
  • Velvet. Twelve shades in stock. For your own colour, send us a Pantone reference and we match it as closely as possible.
  • Other materials. The base can also be covered in a material other than velvet, such as various leathers, nubuck, velour, Alcantara or suede. Custom editions only.
  • Hat boxes. Available in other colours and with your own logo. Your own wording goes on the back; the Bloomissimo logo stays on the front.
  • Proof and sample. You receive a free digital proof, with two rounds of corrections included. A sample (€50, credited in full) is required for a custom edition, and once you approve it, it is the benchmark for your whole order.
  • Minimum. 500 Mementos or 50 hat boxes per order.

Everything you need to sell it

A trade order comes with more than stock.

  • Product imagery and trailers. Product images and four 15-second trailers of Bloomissimo products. You may use them to sell Bloomissimo products; the rights stay with Bloomissimo. The trailers, music included, are Bloomissimo’s own production: there are no third-party rights to clear.
  • An honest colour note. For your product pages: ‘Colours on screen are indicative. The photograph of the real rose is the reference.’
  • Packed for the journey. Every Memento travels in outer cartons on sealed pallets.
  • Barcodes and product safety information. In preparation: a GS1 barcode for each variant and the product safety information (GPSR) your product pages need. We supply them as soon as they are ready.

Care: Keep your Memento out of direct sunlight and moisture, and it stays beautiful for years. In direct sun the colour fades over time, although the rose does not wilt. Hat boxes: the roses sit open in the box. Do not water them, and keep the box out of direct sunlight and moisture.

The four trailers

Four 15-second trailers. You may use them to sell Bloomissimo products; the rights stay with Bloomissimo. Music included, they are Bloomissimo’s own production: no third-party rights to clear.

A trade order is a commitment. Here is what you can check before you make it.

How a trade order works

  1. 01

    Step 1. Request our trade price list.

    Tell us what kind of business you run, where and how you sell, and the volume you expect. We send you our trade price list, with a recommended retail price for each item.

  2. 02

    Step 2. Hold one first, if you like.

    Order a sample for €50, excluding VAT, credited in full against your order. Shipping and import are included, also outside the Netherlands, and the same applies to a hat box sample in any size. For a standard edition the sample is optional.

  3. 03

    Step 3. Place your order.

    From 500 Mementos or 50 hat boxes per order, split across editions and sizes as you wish. With your order you pay a 50% deposit: once you approve your sample or, for an order without a sample, on our order confirmation. You pay by bank transfer, in euros, on our invoice.

  4. 04

    Step 4. We assemble and pack.

    We let you know by email or WhatsApp when production starts. Count on two weeks of production and 20 days of shipping from your written approval: about five weeks to delivery. Each Memento is assembled by hand in the Netherlands and shipped in outer cartons on sealed pallets. You pay the balance before shipment.

  5. 05

    Step 5. Delivery.

    DAP to your address, or to several addresses by arrangement. When we arrange the transport to your address, as standard, we ship insured and carry the risk until delivery. On arrival, note any visible damage on the consignment note and send us photos within 48 hours.

Damage in transitVisible damage: note it on the consignment note and report it within 48 hours, with photos. Damage not visible on delivery: report it within 7 days. We replace or credit, at our choice. Our liability is limited to the invoice value.
Delivered quantityWe may deliver up to 5% more or fewer than ordered; that counts as full delivery. You pay only for what you receive. This is separate from the 10% you can change yourself.
Digital proof (custom editions)Free, with two rounds of corrections. Approval in writing: an email or WhatsApp message is enough. We never treat silence as approval. Once you approve a proof, errors that were visible in it are not our liability.
ReferenceYour approved sample is the benchmark for your order. Natural variation between roses is not a defect.
ChangesUntil you approve your sample (without a sample: until our order confirmation): anything. After that, until production starts: quantity up to 10% either way at no extra cost (on 1,000 pieces: 900 to 1,100), but not below the minimum order; a new wording or colour at the cost of a new proof and, if needed, a new sample.
CancellationUntil then: you are not committed; a sample you paid for stays creditable. After that, until production starts: only the costs we have actually incurred, offset against your deposit; we refund the rest. From the start of production: the full order value. We tell you by email or WhatsApp when production starts.
ReturnsWe do not take back unsold stock. Personalised pieces are not taken back unless they are defective.
ShowpiecesBuy a show set of two to four pieces, credited in full against your first order within six months. Business relations we already work with can borrow showpieces free of charge for 14 days; pieces not returned, or returned damaged, are invoiced. You can also view the collection by appointment or in our 3D atelier.
PricesTrade price list on request, in euros, with a recommended retail price for each item and prices by volume. The RRP is a recommendation only.

Buying calendar 2026–2027

  • Prices in euros. We invoice in euros, and you pay in euros by bank transfer. Business customers outside the Netherlands are invoiced without Dutch VAT.

How the minimum works

500 Mementos or 50 hat boxes is a trade quantity per order, not per item. You can split it across editions and sizes. It is set for wholesalers, distributors and retailers who buy in volume.

What margin can we make?

That depends on your channel and your own pricing. Our trade price list shows the trade price and a recommended retail price for each item, so you can work out your margin before you order.

Do we have to sell at your recommended retail price?

No. The RRP is a recommendation only. You decide your own selling price.

500 Mementos is a lot for us. Can we split the order?

Yes. The minimum applies per order, not per item: you can split it across editions and sizes. Hat boxes start at 50 per order. Mementos and hat boxes each have their own minimum; they are not added together. It is a trade quantity, set for wholesalers, distributors and retailers who buy in volume.

Can we see a Memento before we order?

Yes. Order a sample for €50, excluding VAT, paid in advance and credited in full against your order. Shipping and import are included, also for a hat box sample in any size. To show the collection to your own buyers, you can buy a show set of two to four pieces, credited in full against your first order within six months. If we already work together, you can borrow showpieces free of charge for 14 days. You can also view the collection by appointment or in our 3D atelier.

Can our customers order their own names or logo through us?

No. Through wholesalers and resellers, only the standard collection is available. Custom wording, logos and names are made only for customers who order directly from Bloomissimo.

We are a company, hotel, venue or event organiser. Can we order our own edition?

Yes, directly from us. You choose the wording, logo or names, the foil, the rose colour and the velvet, approve a free digital proof and a sample, and order from 500 Mementos or 50 hat boxes. Start in the 3D atelier.

Which hat boxes are in the standard collection?

All of them: the five sizes, from 7 to 100 roses, as the Regina (suede) or the Bellissima (textured linen board).

When should we order for Valentine’s Day, Mothering Sunday or Christmas?

Count on about five weeks from your written approval to delivery: two weeks of production and 20 days of shipping. Allow time before that for the price list, a sample if you want one, and the deposit. Put the date the stock must be on your shelves in your request, and we confirm your delivery date with your order. The buying calendar above works this back from each season in 2026–2027.

What happens if something arrives broken?

When we arrange the transport to your address, as standard, we ship insured and carry the risk until delivery. Note any visible damage on the consignment note and send us photos within 48 hours. Damage that is not visible on delivery can be reported within 7 days. We then replace or credit the damaged pieces, at our choice. If you collect the goods or use your own carrier, the risk passes to you when we hand the consignment over, and any damage in transit is a matter for your carrier or insurer.

Who handles import into the UK?

We deliver DAP as standard: to your address, with transport and its risk on us. For deliveries to the UK, you are the importer: you clear the goods through customs and pay any import duties and import VAT. Other Incoterms are possible by arrangement.

How and when do we pay?

By bank transfer, in euros, after you receive our invoice. With your order you pay a 50% deposit: once you approve your sample or, for an order without a sample, on our order confirmation. You pay the balance before shipment.

Can you deliver to more than one address?

Yes, by arrangement, for example to your warehouse and to your shops. Tell us how many addresses in your request.

Can we return stock that does not sell?

No. We do not take back unsold stock. That is why we suggest a sample or a show set before you commit.

Can we change or cancel an order?

Yes. What is possible depends on where your order stands:

  • Until you approve your sample (or, without a sample, until our order confirmation), nothing is fixed. You can change anything, or decide not to order. If you order within six months of receiving your sample, we credit what you paid for it.
  • After that, until production starts, you can still change the quantity by up to 10% either way at no extra cost, as long as you don’t go below the minimum order. On an order of 1,000, that means anything from 900 to 1,100. That lets you adjust if your sales forecast shifts. By then your order has been scheduled, which is why the margin is 10% and not more. A new wording or colour is possible too, at the cost of a new proof and, if needed, a new sample. If you cancel at this stage, you pay only the costs we have actually incurred, such as design work or reserved production capacity. We offset them against your deposit and refund the rest.
  • Once production starts, your order is being made and is fixed: if you cancel, the full order value is due. We tell you by email or WhatsApp when production starts, so you always know which stage you are in.
How long does it last, and what do we tell customers?

Kept out of direct sunlight and moisture, a Memento stays beautiful for years. It needs no water and no upkeep. In direct sunlight the colour fades over time, although the rose does not wilt. Our care text says exactly this, so you can pass it on as it is.

Do you supply product images and video?

Yes. You may use our product imagery and four 15-second trailers to sell Bloomissimo products. The rights stay with Bloomissimo. The trailers, music included, are Bloomissimo’s own production, so there are no third-party rights to clear.

Do you supply barcodes and product safety information?

They are in preparation. A GS1 barcode for each variant and the product safety information (GPSR) your product pages need will follow as soon as they are ready.

Is it a real rose?

Yes, a real preserved rose. For the Bella Heart and the Bonita, the rose is shaped by hand with extra preserved petals, and those petals are real too. As with any real rose, there is natural variation from piece to piece, and that is not a defect. Colours on screen are indicative; the photograph of the real rose is the reference.
